These are some of my favorite heart-healthy gym snacks! I am definitely a big snacker, but try to avoid potato chips, overly processed crackers, and other unhealthy items.
From the ground up cauliflower stalks: when I first tried these, I was so excited to finally find something like a veggie straw with a different flavor. They have these cinnamon apple ones that are seasonal - if you find these get them ASAP!! Crunch and you can have a lot for a little amount of calories & carbs.
BBQ pop chips: These are absolutely delicious, I love barbecue flavor and instead of an unhealthy potato chip, these are popped/baked and so much healthier for you!
Siete dairy free nacho tortilla chips: these are essentially Doritos, but they’re dairy free and gluten free, & personally I think they taste better than Doritos!! + they have no red 40 dye or preservatives!
