This summer, I have really focused on eating only Whole Foods. That is what our bodies are designed to eat. Not all the processed food, junk, and sugar. A lot of the grocery stores contain disease causing foods that are keeping us unhealthy. If you can simply eat whole foods, you will look and feel better!

1. 🥖Making your own bread: I started to make my own sourdough bread this summer and I absolutely love it. Sourdough is the best bread for you to digest and with all of the Gut-friendly bacteria. You can make anything from English muffins, to loaves of bread, to waffles or pancakes. When you make something like this yourself, you know it is whole ingredients.

2. 🥚Buying Pasture Raised Eggs: the best type of eggs to buy in the store our pasture raised. If you don’t have access to farm fresh eggs, make sure to buy pasture raised. The eggs that say “cage free” or “free range” are subtly lying for marketing purposes- this does not mean they are out in the pasture roaming, it means they are in a full barn with thousands of chickens.

3. 🐟🥩🥦Meats & Veggies: meats and vegetables are extremely important for you. Regardless of what they say, red meat is wonderful for you. Regardless of what they say, you should be eating a ton of protein (not the fake meat). Regardless of what they say, you should be getting in 1 to 3 cups of fresh vegetables every day. Your body will love you if you eat Whole Foods!!!
