I need some help with my hair. I’ve never really learned how to take care of my hair very well growing up. i’ve always said my hair is just frizzy but i’m starting to question if it’s damaged. please leave some tips in the comments on what i can do to improve my hair!

i got highlights back in april 2023 for the first time (i’m a natural blonde, my hairs been getting darker).

i wash my hair 2-3 times a week.

i blow dry my hair on low heat or medium heat. i don’t normally straighten it or anything. my hair gets super greasy if i let it air dry.

i use biotera shampoo and conditioner. (no other products)

my hair is fine, but i have a lot of it so it feels thick.
