When in New York, you must try these soufflé pancakes!!! There’s a bit of a wait, so try to go early or make a reservation. We got seated pretty quickly though! I had to order the Fresh Fruit Soufflé Pancake, it came with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. It was so good! The maple cream on it was sooooo delish! My friend’s Strawberry Soufflé Pancake was smaller, but also good. The Strawberry cream was amazing on it. The underdog was the Chicken & Waffles!!! The chicken was so good, we could not stop eating it off our friend’s plate😅

Great experience & taste! Love it here, but it was a bit heavy for me personally.
