My favorite places to work out in NYC so far:

📍Location 1: Bodyrok

📝Notes: One of the best Pilates places I’ve tried so far in the city. The vibes are amazing, the studio is so clean, and the workouts always have me leaving extremely satisfied.

📍Location 2: Corepower Yoga

📝Notes: My best friend and I go every Sunday and we love going as our weekly ritual. We take Yoga Sculpt and that is a combination of yoga and HIIT. It is by far one of the best yoga classes that leaves you feeling both stretched and sore after you’re done working out.

📍Location 3: AKT

📝Notes: AKT is is great for low impact workouts. The classes are typically very small with only 10-12 people per class.

📍Location 4: Gotham Gym

📝Notes: This place is a hidden gem that offers boxing classes, private sessions, and a gym membership. The trainers there are amazing and always make you feel like you’re family. Vibes there are 10/10.

📍Location 5: 305 Fitness

📝Notes: My favorite place for having fun while you workout. Expect to leave dripping sweat, smiling, and wanting to come back.

📍Location 6: Rumble Boxing/Training

📝Notes: Rumble Boxing is half boxing, half floor with high energy and amazing music. But I’ve also been loving their new Rumble training where it is half treadmills, half floor. Energy is always high, and expect to leave sweaty.
