Benihana Teppanyaki

First time to Benihana, didn’t know advance booking required for live teppanyaki. Hence we had the Executive Lunch set.

We start off with Sakura Ebi Kakiage. It’s lightly coated and fried to perfection, not too salty.

Salmon and Assorted Seafood Teppanyaki set comes with house salad, chawanmushi, miso soup and garlic fried rice.

Chawanmushi was ok, was expecting more though.

The main was accompanied with fried garlic, pickled cucumber and pumpkin. Thought the combi was abit weird as usually the side veggie would be mixed veg and mushroom.

Sadly the prawn wasn’t fresh and undercooked. They replaced the prawn, and gave a compliment Japanese Goma Ice Cream while waiting.

I would be back if I’ve craving for Sakura Ebi or to try the live teppanyaki. Otherwise there’s better Teppanyaki.
