A pumping momma is a tired momma 💤

This isn’t an aesthetic post, but hopefully it can help another momma out there who is exhausted from pumping just like me.

This is the schedule I’d like to stick to every night, however I rarely do. I keep my alarm set to vibrate so that it doesn’t wake my husband or my baby - BUT - it often doesn’t wake ME! Sometimes the alarm will have been vibrating for an hour before I hear it.

With this comes feelings of intense guilt and worry that my milk supply will drop. Thankfully the consistency that I have achieved during the day has helped that not become a problem yet.

But between nursing and pumping - this momma is exhausted! Hopefully this can find another mom who is going through the same thing!
