Hi guys, today I would like to share my recently favourite breakfast which is Keto Muffin!!
Easy to prepare! Easy to cook! 😋 Ready in 10 mins
🤭And the most important! It is low carb and low fat‼️

⭕️Ingredients
1. Almond flour
2. Eggs
3. Baking powder
4. Melted butter
5. Mozzarella cheese

⭕️Step to cook
1. Put Eggs, almond flour,baking powder together and stir until smooth.
2. Brush a little melted butter on the pot
3. Add a tablespoon of batter and the put some mozzarella cheese
4. Then put a tablespoon of batter to cover the mozzarella cheese
5. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes until the batter solidifies and turns over.

This batter can be made into 5 pieces. This is my perfect keto breakfast for the week.
