This dishes does not contain any carbohydrates.

Its merely made by tofu and eggs, so I can control my calories intake.👍🏻

2️⃣Dumplings with low fat chicken

I prepare this chicken with air fryer, not oily at all and quite crispy‼️

3️⃣Carbonara cooked with low fat milk

This carbonara is prepare without whipping cream, so its lower calories.

I’m using diet ham for this carbonara.🥰
