Had a making day...

Started by making some sweet onion relish from two sweet onions I'd bought by accident some time ago.

It was so tasty with goat cheese and crackers this evening!

Made banana muffins from six frozen overripe bananas - if you have bananas that are going over, don't throw them out! Toss em into the freezer! No need to put them into a bag even, just in their peels. Then, when you have several, let them thaw and make banana bread!

Finally, I made vanilla ice cream - if you love ice cream, I highly suggest getting a Cuisinart ice cream maker. Making ice cream is super simple and super cost-effective compared to store-bought!
