New Restaurant in Washington, VA

The new restaurant at Blue Rock in Washington Virginia was an incredible dining experience. The chef here used to work at a Michelin star restaurant so it is no surprise that the food is Michelin star.✨

⛰️The restaurant not only has amazing food, but you are seeded with views of vineyards and the Blue Ridge Mountains. On Friday as they also have live music.

💰 It is a set menu which is for course Pairing menu for $119 per person. Each dish is local, fresh, and seasonal.

🍷We also opted to add on the wine pairings for $79 each. The wines were unique, and paired perfectly with the dishes. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information about the wines.

🐟 I ordered the Fluke Crudo and sirloin as my two main dishes, they were amazing!
