Today, I will be a chef Carolyn on this post to share you all how I cook a Healthy Stir Fried Glass Noodle Dish .

High Protein, Low Fats and Enough Carbs for one meal, balance diets 😘

1. We have to marinated the chicken breast cube by using 1 tablespoon of Japanese Soy Sauce, 1 tablesppon of Japanese Sake and 1 teaspoon of Sugar, then mix them well

2. Breaks 2 eggs and mix them well with a pinch of Salt

3. And now, you may get prepare the ingredients below:

- Glass Noodle

- Egg Mixture

- Marinated Chicken Breast Cube

- Cabbage

- Black Fungus

- Scallions

- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

- Garlic

4. First, heat up your pan and pour the olive oil in and stir fry the Garlic for 1 mins time

5. Then, put the marinated chicken breast cube in cook until it become golden in color

6. After that, pour the egg mixture in and cook until they form solid in shape

7. Next, let’s stir fry some cabbage and black fungus to make the dishes have a healthy carbs

8. Last, put the Glass Noodle in and stir fry for a 3 mins time to get all the ingredients mixed well and have a wonderful taste

9. TAAADAAA!! A Healthy Balanced Nutrition Stir Fry Glass Noodle is DONE👏🏼
