When you’re in a calorie deficit, it’s so important to make sure you’re still getting enough protein to stay full and support muscle recovery. Here are some of my favorite low-calorie, high-protein foods that help me hit my goals without going over on calories:

🍗 Grilled Chicken Breast – The OG high-protein, low-calorie option! Super versatile and easy to add to salads, wraps, or bowls.

🐟 Tuna – Packed with protein and low in calories, canned tuna is perfect for quick meals and snacks.

🥚 Egg Whites – All the protein without the extra calories! Scramble them up or add to an omelet for a lean, filling meal.

🧀 Low-Fat Cottage Cheese – Creamy, filling, and packed with protein, it’s great as a snack or paired with fruit.

🫘 Edamame – A plant-based protein powerhouse that’s perfect steamed with a sprinkle of sea salt!

🍶 Non-Fat Greek Yogurt – High in protein and super versatile! Eat it plain, mix it into smoothies, or top with fruit for a filling snack.

🥩 Lean Ground Turkey – Swap out higher-fat meats with lean turkey to keep meals high in protein but low in calories.
