RATE MY EMPTIES - TARTE FOUNDATION

This foundation by tarte is a good one! The only complaint I would have is that it doesn’t have a pump, but other than that, it’s perfect! I use a damp beauty sponge/blender to apply any liquid foundations and that really helps not give you a caked on look and keeps your face looking good and long lasting!
