Let’s Talk Body Image💛

You’re the only person that sees yourself 100% of the time. You see yourself relaxed, moving, tired, messy, and then compare that to the posed, curated moments that you see of everyone else. It doesn’t seem like it should make sense, but it’s what we all do and all it usually does is make us feel bad😅

So I think the answer, or at least the first step, is to recognize that ALL bodies relax, ALL bodies move, and ALL bodies have “imperfections” whether we see them or not. Even bodies that work out, even bodies that eat well, even bodies that are healthy and happy. And we can start with ourselves, by deciding that “I love myself as I am, in this moment, without condition, without reason” because ultimately, we get to decide how we see ourselves, and you deserve to see the best in yourself❤️
