Strawberry Love Bug

It’s Saturday and we are recreating the love bug cocktail. If you haven’t seen it yet, the love bug is a cocktail floating around on social media. It’s a simple drink and we made a couple small adjustments to make it a bit tastier. We hope you enjoy!

L O V E . B U G (Vodka Strawberry Spritz)

INGREDIENTS :

2 oz vodka

1 oz fresh lemon

1 oz strawberry syrup

¼ grenadine

rose prosecco or soda water, to top

strawberries

METHOD :

In a collins glass, add vodka, fresh lemon, strawberry syrup and grenadine. Add ice and at the same time line the glass with sliced strawberries in the shape of a heart. Continue to add ice to lock in place the heart shaped strawberries. Top with your rose prosecco or soda water. Garnish with fresh strawberry hearts and thyme. Cin Cin!
