It’s Mezcal Monday and we are kickin’ off the week on a spicier note. This Mezcal Chili Paloma is just what you need to get you through this week. It’s tart, it’s spicy, and everything you want in a cocktail!

M E Z C A L . C H I L I . P A L O M A

1 1/2 oz mezcal

¾ oz chili liqueur (we love @anchoreyes )

1 oz grapefruit juice

½ oz fresh lime juice

¼ oz agave

club soda, top

chili pepper, garnish

METHOD :

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice except club soda. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with chili pepper. Cin Cin!
