Happy 100th Birthday, Disney 🩶💜

The Walt Disney Company celebrated their 100th anniversary on October 16th, 2023 🎉

I have been a Disney fan for pretty much my entire life. I grew up watching the movies and listening to the music, went to Disney World for the first time with my entire extended family, fell in love with Tangled when it came out in high school, fell down YouTube rabbit holes in college about the creation of the parks/attractions, and eventually moved to Orlando as an adult and got an annual pass as soon as possible. A quote that stuck with me after watching The Imagineering Story in the peak of the 2020 shutdown went something like, “The message of the Disney parks is: you’re gonna be okay.” 🥲
