first let me say one thing: it’s SO EASY to see a post like this, go “yeah duh” and move on without ever ✨ actually ✨ doing those things ⤵️

💤 GET. PROPER. SLEEP.

the quality of your sleep is a clear marker for your lifespan and mental acuity. get 7-9 hours and get consistent w your sleep schedule

📵 lower your screen time

no screens an hour after waking and an hour before bed. blue light glasses. download opal. social media is a cheap substitute for real life!!

🧺 do a weekly reset

clean, grocery shop, digital detox, time outside, bubble bath, errands etc. take some you time, whatever that looks like. this will help you stay on top of things!

🌞 serve

when life is only about you, it’s easy to get really hung up on your own emotions, disappointments, desires. when you devote at least some of your energy to helping others, life changes for the better
