how to STOP comparing yourself to others!!

we’ve ALL been there - comparing our lives, our bodies, our feelings, our circumstances, to others.

comparison stings because:

⭐️ we recognize untapped greatness in ourselves

⭐️ we mistake inspiration for jealousy

⭐️ we fixate on lack instead of abundance

comparison can be healthy (i promise!) but only if done correctly:

💞 finding inspiration

💞 learning from others’ mistakes

💞 asking for guidance etc

it becomes unhealthy once its a form of self-shaming or self-doubt. learning that someone else’s success doesn't take away from your own (if anything its proof it's possible!) will be the shift between the two

it’s great to take inspiration from others! but leave the rest [ jealousy, resentment, frustration, despair ] at the door 🫶
