how I keep my apartment smelling fresh & clean 🌿

here’s how I maintain my non-toxic lifestyle and keep my apartment smell-free:

• light a non-toxic candle 🕯️ this includes candles made of soy, coconut, or beeswax, along with a few other healthier alternatives to paraffin wax, which is distilled from petroleum, a by-product of gasoline production, and can release carcinogenic chemicals in the air

• while recommended in large quantities, plants have been found to help filter and purify the air from chemicals and toxins

• plan on airing out your space routinely, maybe once a week, by creating a draft. I do this by opening my front and back door to create a breeze that sweeps through and out of my apartment
