MUST-HAVE BASICS

I'm all about rocking a cool and one-of-a-kind look, but let's be real, nothing beats those must-have items that go with anything and everything. I've found some great, high-quality basics that, when put together, create my ultimate go-to outfit.

OVERSIZED SHOULDER BAG - Basics don’t just apply to clothing, they apply to accessories, too! Having a good oversized bag to throw over your shoulder when you’re on the go or running errands is a necessity, imo. It’s practical, functional and if you find a good one like the Sid Slouchy Vegan Tote from Free People, it’s cute too! This one surprisingly doesn’t break the bank as I would have expected from FP.

WHITE T-SHIRT - Whether you prefer it loose, cropped, form-fitting, or long, a white t-shirt is a known staple basic. It works on its own but is also a great piece when layering. Aritzia’s TNA line has a good quality and affordable selection of basics!

FAVE PAIR OF JEANS - Everyone has a a different favorite denim brand, wash, and fit but no matter how you prefer it finding that perfect pair of jeans is so important so that you can feel confident and comfortable in such a versatile bottom. My all time favorites are the Low Pro Straight from Levi’s in the Charlie Glow Up Medium Wash.
