Summer Date Night Outfits

For me, there’s nothing more fun than putting together a date night/night out look. I love nothing more than a slinky top with jeans and a cute heel. But that doesn’t work in the summer… Instead of falling into the denim shorts rut, I like to spice up my summer night out looks!

1. For my first look I threw on a bright colored mini dress! While dark colors always seem to be more appropriate for a night out, I think in the summer you can bend the rules! My dress even has polka dots, but the mini silhouette helps keep it on the slinkier side. I paired my dress with sneakers for a more casual night out look, but you can’t go wrong with a pair of white heeled sandals!

2. Now we’re moving into the spicier looks! A little black dress is always a good idea — especially if it’s a slip dress! Keeping with the 90s vibes, I paired mine with a pair of leopard print kitten heels.

3. Last but not least, a mini skirt is perfect for going out! This look is perfect for either the beginning or end of summer when the nights are a little bit chilly. I added a knit top, but I love this one because after the first few hooks it’s open in the front for a sexier look! I completed this look with some red pumps!
