the BEST steakhouse in Singapore 🥩🥹

Been reading so many good reviews on Bedrock Origin and decided to head down for a visit during the weekends with my family! Tucked away in Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel, its a perfect place to getaway from the bustling life and crowds in the city.

I had the following dishes:

• Kingfish Sashimi ($38)

• Oysters (3pcs) ($30)

• Grilled Asparagus ($18)

• USDA Prime Tomahawk Steak (market price)

• Bedrock Crumble for 2 ($26)

The highlight of the night was definetely the Kingfish Sashimi which was topped with brown rice puffs and chopped wasabi, drizzled with a soy dressing. It was such a refreshing starter with the fresh sashimi slices and I enjoyed the combination! Not forgetting, the Tomahawk Steak which was seasoned with salt and paper and grilled over applewood fire. The texture of the steak was perfect and grilled to perfection as well. It also came with 4 dipping sauces - Bedrock’s specialty red wine sauce, Bedrock chilli oil, classic Béarnaise, wholegrain whisky mustard and steak butter. I loved the pairing with the wholegrain whisky mustard which really brought out the flavours!

I also really enjoyed the dessert - Bedrock Crumble for 2, which was topped with a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream on a nest of baked apples and walnut infused streusel. Loved the texture of the crumbly toppings and it balanced out the sweetness of the ice cream and baked apples. Was a perfect dessert to end of a hearty meal! 🥰

The customer service was really good too as the waiters were super friendly and helpful when recommending their popular dishes and also ensured we were satisifed with the food! Overall, I really loved the ambience and vibes of the restaurant and can’t wait to head down soon to try out their other main dishes 🥰
