Iron is a staple in my house!

On days I wake up and I just can’t find the energy to do anything and I lack motivation, I take some iron, avoid caffeine for a bit (it messes with your bodies ability to absorb iron), and before long I’m back to my normal self.

I have been blood tested and diagnosed as slightly anemic. Some people have too much iron, so it’s good to know where you stand before you take it.
