must see places in oaxaca de juarez!

i would say that oaxaca de juarez is a hidden gem of mexico 💎 it is gorgeous and unique in so many different ways!

some of my favorite places in oaxaca are:

- el jardín etnobotánico

- museo textil

- hotel los amantes

- city centro

- museo de filatelia

el jardín etnobotánico 🌵 was first come,first serve. only 15 people were allowed in during each tour and they had only 5 tours a day. i recommend going really early to wait in line and you’ll at least make it for one of the tours.

museo textil is one of those places where you didn’t plan to visit but came across it while walking by. the museum is gorgeous! 😍

hotel los amantes has a rooftop bar that has a beautiful view of the city! 💞 the drinks here are also really good! i recommend getting anything with mezcal

city centro is another hotel that has a rooftop bar. the building is a beautiful shade of pink and it offers so many photo ops! 💗💗

museo de filatelia is a hidden museum but is actually pretty big once you’re inside. it has lots of art work and it has a courtyard with two large cactus trees. 🌵📷
