My cat’s 5th birthday!

Take a look inside the hello kitty themed birthday party I threw for my cat’s 5th birthday! Yes, I am over the top, but I love my cat so much and planning these parties are so much fun! 🥳🎀💕

I made the cake using a boxed cakes mix and used a vegan “better boxed cake” recipe 🎂

We also made a Japanese inspired meal in honor of Sanrio, the company that made hello kitty. We had Japanese cucumber salad, gyoza (potstickers), fried rice, and vegan teriyaki chicken. 🍚🥢🥟

Of course, my baby gets presents! We got her the cutest hello kitty bed, blanket, and food bowl 🩷
