How to properly twist your hair

I get a lot of questions when I do twisted hairstyles or rope braids on my hair. The common questions are usually

“How did the twist no unravel itself?”

“How is the braid so tight”

on the first side I showed how not to do it

On the next side I showed how to actually do it.

-Separate hair in 2 sections

-Twist both pieces to one side

-Wrap them together the opposite way.

Ex. Twist both sections to the left, wrap them around each other to the right.
