We all sometimes get stuck in a loop in our own head. Everything is moving slow and you feel stuck in a routine and nothing motivates you, not even music can fix the weird hole you’re feeling. When I feel like this and need some inspiration or motivation, I love to listen to podcasts that make me feel understood and not alone.
