Protein is so important, especially for my fellow athletes and fitness friends who train regularly because it helps to build lean muscle and promote recovery!

I thought it would be fun + hopefully helpful to share with you ways I reach my protein goals (on most days) 😊🙌🏼

Here are some tips:

-try to start your day with a high protein meal so you’re not playing catch up later in the day

-incorporate a protein bar or protein shake

-add in protein powder to your oatmeal or yogurt

-use bone broth instead of water when cooking rice

For protein powder, my favorite is ~chef’s kiss~ BPN vanilla whey protein 😋 The consistency is so good and it’s so versatile to add into different foods!
