Signs that it’s time for a change

Listen, I’m not a doctor… And I certainly can’t tell you what your body and mind are telling you. But I can tell you that for me, when these things begin presenting themselves, I know it’s time to do something different.

Do I always perfectly do the reset when it’s time? Well… no. But I try to think about what in my environment, mind or body needs to thrive.
