This sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle is tooo good! I can make it in about 15 minutes and it is so filling and so delicious! 😩 It has 37 grams of protein and just 445 calories!

This meal has become a favorite because it is so easy to make and also easily customizable. You can use a different type of cheese, replace the turkey sausage with turkey bacon or ham or use an egg instead of egg whites! Remember that can effect the amount of calories it contains. I enjoy mine with an iced coffee and some fruit! Hope you enjoy yours too! 🥰

Ingredients:

Kodiak Pancake Mix - 42g

Egg Whites - 92g (I use half in the pancake batter and cook the other half)

Non-fat Greek yogurt - 85g

Turkey Sausage - 2 links

Sargento Ultra Thin Colby Jack Cheese - 1 slices

Sugar Free Pancake Syrup - 10ml

Recipe:

1. Combine your Kodiak pancake mix with egg whites and greek yogurt (I like to blend the greek yogurt and egg whites in my ninja bullet then combine that with the pancake mix) Add some vanilla extract and cinnamon if your’e feelin’ fancy

2. Use that batter to make two waffles (I have a mini waffle maker but you make two pancakes if you don’t 😊)

3. Cook your egg whites (again, I cook these in my mini waffle maker but a pan also does the trick!) Also, add some salt and pepper to those babies 😜

4. Cook your turkey sausage (I microwave mine for a minute. Throw them in that same pan if you need to 😊)

5. Assemble!!! Pour your syrup on your waffles (or pancakes) and add your egg whites, Turkey sausage and cheese slice!
