Positivity Weeks

Over the past year of my healing journey I have discovered everyone needs a weeks of positivity at least once a month. It doesn’t have to be exact like this but it can be along the lines and I promise doing this will help a lot. I’ve been doing this and my mind isn’t so cluttered to where I’m over thinking and losing my mind. I’ve been happier and wanting to do more and not worrying about socials and other stuff.
