i’ve been trying to get that gym outfit #GlowUp and hearing LOTS about alphalete amplifies so of course i had to try em myself!!! 😎 i’ve also been seeing loads of people compare them to aurola shorts sooooo i got them both… i mean if anything i thought i’d get 2 new pairs of shorts out of it 😛💖

so this is a tiny alphalete & aurola review, and also a comparison on the bum scrunches!! 🕵️‍♀️ i’m here to lay it all out for you so you can decide if you should you spend or splurge 🤔💸

i got my first pair of amplifies!!! i’m finally feeling like a cool gym girl 😎✨ and the shade i got is 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒄 and i got xs 💫

𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍:

these are SOOO soft and comfy omg 🥹💖 the first time i put them on i immediately fell in love they’re definitely my fav pair i own now …

its super stretchy and really easy to put on! sometimes i find gym shorts can be overly compressive & a real struggle to get on 🥲 but these give you that supportive feel, and are sooo soft & stretchy that they don’t feel tight!! i think its the happiest medium between my lulu align shorts and my bo&tee hit the highs 🫶🏼✨

𝒃𝒖𝒎 𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉:

amplify bum scrunch is defo the most iconic out there… the cheek separation is CRAZY 😧🍑 like fr your bum cheeks will look insanely peachy 💫 and what’s even crazier is you’d think it’d be super uncomfortable but NO! it feels like NOTHING 😶‍🌫️ like you can’t even tell its between your bum cheeks …. it’s defo the most comfy bum scrunch i own!!!

immediately went to buy aurola’s dream shorts after i heard they’re a dupe 🫡 i mean… dupe means must try right so i got 𝒎𝒂𝒖𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒕 in xs 🌟

𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍:

super stretchy and soft!! honestly i feel like the material is fairly comparable to amplify, but less compressive (?) 🤨 i feel like the amplifies have a little more of that supportive feel, but that’s not something i look for in shorts so it doesn’t bother me!! 🫶🏼

these feel suuuuper buttery… i love how comfy they are 🥹💖 they defo give alphalete a run for their money feel wise… if i’m really nitpicking, i think amplify feels slightly more cottony (which i like but depends on your personal pref) ✨

𝒃𝒖𝒎 𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉:

these shorts are truly 😚👌🏼 the bum scrunch really gives you that cheek separation to help your booty pop 🍑✨ i feel like the bum scrunch for these sits slightly lower (?) than amplify so lowkey i feel like my bum looks marginally less peachy in these 🤨 the scrunch design on these are also a little thicker than the one on the amplify, but it’s barely noticeable. anyhow, the bum scrunch is still really comfy and you basically can’t feel it at all 🥹❤️‍🔥

including shipping and everything, getting the aurola dream shorts is definitely a major money saver 🥹💰

i don’t think you’d be missing out THAT much by going for aurola over alphalete … that being said if i had to choose one i’d still pick alphalete …. 😅 i just LOVE having that cottony soft feeling in my shorts and honestly they had me sucked in after my first try-on 👰🏻‍♀️🌟
