This is my lunchtime staple - so easy to make and so so good.

1. First: You’ll need some wraps - I like these whole grain ones, each of these has 7g of protein.

2. Then: add some turkey. I did 3 slices of this over roasted turkey I got from Wegmans, my fave.

3. Here’s the hack: blend 2 eggs with half a cup of cottage cheese. I’m not one to have cottage cheese on its own, but I love sneaking it into meals to increase my protein intake. After blending, add some salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder and cook like you would normal eggs. They turn out really fluffy and so good.

4. Layer on to your wrap with a handful of spinach or arugula for a serving of greens, and wrap it all up! You could even take this a step further and add your preferred condiments - I did some hot sauce - and then seal the wrap on the stove to keep everything intact.

I had this for lunch with a Poppi prebiotic soda ($2.99) that helps my stomach feel so good. Highly recommend!
