Gracie’s Corner TuTu Themed 💕💛💚

I made this TuTu for my niece birthday, she is turning 1yrs old . Her theme for her birthday party is Gracie’s Corner, so I made the TuTu to match her shirt.

⭐️Material Details:

• 2 sets of 4 petals with holes to hand sew on the TuTu

• Stick on bows (or you can hand sew them on)

• Hand Sewing Needles

• Jean Thread (I wanted thicker thread to secure the pearls and bows)

• Elastic band

• 4 Matte Tulle Spools of your choice of color

• Scissors
