12 hr shift essentials for the hospital 🫶🏻

While my essentials may change, these are staples that I always make sure to keep in my bag!

✏️ a comfortable sized bag is key to get to work in comfort! I’ve used tote bags in the past but always find that they hurt my shoulders whenever they get heavy. Back packs are my preference! This one is from moon nude.

✏️ notebooks help keep work notes/report sheets organized and handy! I got this one at a homegoods store.

✏️ pencil pouch to keep all of my favorite pens and markers in one place! I also keep my sheers in there along with extra badge reels because those DO break

✏️ girl essentials in one bag ! Accidents do happen so I love being prepared.

✏️ rain jacket or umbrellas always have a place in my work bag! I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten soaked in the rain in Miami

✏️ aquaphor helps keep my hands moisturized after drying them up with hand sanitizer all day, and my AirPods are essential for music on my lunch breaks

✏️ another bag with more goodies! Nail files, tooth brush, mouth wash, mirror and perfume ! Love having these things to freshen up after a long day at work.
