Are supplements actually safe??

i have seen these everywhere and the only one i have heard any bad side effects with it and works. but are they actually safe? my mom is a nurse practitioner so i usually go to her with my medical questions but she told me no supplements for your girl down there are needed and that’s all she’ll say instead of if they are at least safe. you can get the same results with showering (obvi) and washing with warm water and a unscented and sensitive skin soap, eat healthy foods, and staying hydrated. which personally i have no problems as of right now with any unusual odor, feeling, or look other than the normal dark spots or razor bumps. but i have really been wanting to try these to see if they just help a little extra you know? but i want to make sure they are at least safe to use and not just knowing that they work.
