Is Dona Manis worth the hype?

This banana pie shop located at Katong Shopping Centre, is a traditional bakery which has been around for more than 30 years. Despite the location, the orders never stop. The crust has a nice bite. It is firm yet crumbly texture and has a buttery taste. The crushed nuts sprinkled at the top gives a roasted nut aroma and complements the soft texture of the coconut flakes and the banana fillings at the bottom. The banana fillings given were super generous 👀, definitely worth the $.$! Heard the chocolate tarts are yummy as well, can’t wait to try it 😋
