thrifting in bangkok (ft. a thrift haul!!!)

good morningggg! yesterday i flew to bangkok for the day to meet up with one of my best friends and we decided to spend the day thrifting together! i love thrifting overseas as i find the coolest stuff for the best prices. plus, i love having a story for whenever someone asks where i’ve bought something!

so we went to the famous 📍Shinjuku Outlet (i’ve seen it all over tiktok) and let me tell you it did not disappoint. it was three floors of thrift and the best part is, it’s priced by weight!!!

🏷 Price: like i said it’s by weight, and to give you an idea of the total price, i got all my items for 612THB, and my friend (who found the perfect djerf avenue blazer dupe, plus 4 more items) got her items for 460THB. such a steal!

📞Recommendations: make sure you have an idea of the type of things you’re looking for before going. for example, i really wanted a denim skirt, so i made sure to keep that in the back of my mind whilst searching, which also narrows down the rails i have to look through. but also keep an open mind and think outside the box when trying to figure out how you’d style something!

my personal favourite item found here was the armani jacket. it was around 300THB (as it’s a jacket and weighs more), and it’s a style of jacket i’ve been looking for forever! such a gorgeous piece and such a steal!
