Day 19 weight loss diary: meal (10/11/23)

lately i haven't been consistently taking pic of my food 😓 when i get busy i tend to forget, still not use to posting stuff. I need to make this a habit as i tend to snack throughout the day and forgot to take account those calories(and even totally forget that i ate those snack). this is why i always overate and not be in caloric deficit.

anyways, this week hasn't been the best for me. i crave alot of junkfood and processed food. why is it so hard to avoid those things 🥲
