Easy, delicious nachos

I love nachos because they’re so easy and fun to customize! I prefer the hint of lime tortillas but honestly any kind of nachos work. Ive included a list of my toppings, but you can adjust this list to your liking.

Toppings:

1. Onions + ground meat (of your choice)

2. Shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese

4. Guacamole

5. Salsa

Ground meat + onion recipe:

1. In a heated pan, add oil and then stir in ground meat and onions.

2. For the seasoning, add tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sugar and chili powder. I don’t use cooking measurements because I was raised in an Asian household lol but I just go crazy with the seasoning!

Set your oven to 300F on the broil setting. Line an oven safe pan with aluminum foil, scatter the tortilla chips evenly across the pan. I then sprinkle all the toppings across the nachos (including the meat and onion). Just pop the tray in the oven for 3 minutes and they’re ready 😋
