i teach pilates and work out 3-5 times a week, but i'm also a MAJOR foodie. every day looks different; sometimes i’m eating out a lot, some days are snackier than others, etc. here’s what i have on an average day tho 😋
breakfast: goat cheese and fig jam on a slice of toasted sourdough, nyc cafe style! this combo is so yummy, u def need to try it if u havent already 🤌
morning snack: a bowl of blueberries for healthy antioxidants and vitamins (fruit is always a good snack idea)
lunch: i made a salad with an arugula base (massaged in olive oil), roasted red peppers (not spicy), olives, salmon, and another slice of toasted sourdough on the side
afternoon snack: matcha latte while i was doing some work at a cafe
dinner: went out for shrimp & chicken pad thai, which comes wrapped in an egg omelette! lots of protein and super filling (i finished it all ofc)
hope ur feeding yourself well today 💗 remember that food is fuel and u need to nourish your mind/body (even if u didn’t exercise). also please don’t compare bc we all have diff bodies and dietary needs!
