Removing my press on nails

AFTER TWO + WEEKS

I was going out of town for a whole week so I decided to apply some press on nails. A last minute manicure!!

I was supposed to remove them when I got back home but decided to wait another week. I honestly could’ve left them on for 3 weeks but I wanted to try some new polishes I just received.

I’m just letting you know if you prep and apply your press ons right they can last you a long time 🤗.

ANYWAYS I wanted to share how the removal process went. Because I know some people like to just rip them off 😔. A friend on Instagram shared how they removed their press ons. So I wanted to try it. They used olive oil!!

When I remove my press ons I only used soapy warm water, I never used oil but I’ve seen people mention it. So I tried it AND the process was a lot faster and very nice .

- soaked my nails for about 10-15 minutes.

- with a wooden manicure stick I lifted the press on nail.

-I washed my hands after they were all off .

-Then I cleaned up my natural nails & my press ons so that I could use them another time.

- painted my natural nails and added cuticle oil.

All done!!

Creative_tayy was the one I saw who used the olive oil.

It worked.
