✨How to make a custom apple watch face

Heyyy I know I’m late on this post, I’ve been wanting to make this post for like 4+ weeks now 😭 buuut thankfully I got some time today, so here’s a tutorial on how to make your own watch face. I’ll also make another post (not sure when), with the best apps for watch faces as well. But for now, here’s how to make your own with Canva.

⭐️go to Canva

Let’s head on to Canva and select ‘custom size’

Here’s some custom sizes based on your watch size

42/44 〰️312x394

45mm〰️ 324x394

🤎start a new page

let’s get a clean new page up and then on your Apple Watch, take a screenshot of your current watch face, you can do this by pressing the crown + the side button at the same time. Side note: make sure screenshots are enabled in your watch settings.

🤎set a background

Once you’ve took that screenshot it should save in your photos on your phone. Go back to Canva and upload it. Then we want to set it as the background image, this will serve as a guide to your new design so you don’t place things where they shouldn’t be.

🤎create your design

After setting the background image, go ahead and design your watch face, carefully where you want everything and make sure whatever you design isn’t being hidden by the clock or anything.

🤎remove back ground

Now that you’re done designing, remove the background image and change the color of the image to whatever you want

🤎save the image

Save the image into your phone and get ready to export the watch face

🤎create watch face

Go to your photos, and click on share left bottom corner then click on create watch face. Here you’ll see how it looks with different faces, click the one you like most. Save it And that’s it!
