i think this is like the perfect dessert for matcha lovers 🤩 the cup of @craftteafox uji matcha was thick and decadent - super rich (just look at the deep green colour) and thick 🫣it is also quite bitter but this is balanced out by the sweet madagascan vanilla bean gelato. when the two are mixed, it also taste like you are having a matcha latte ~ and I loved the other components too like the azuki red beans, matcha streusels and matcha cake! the matcha cake was not v strong in matcha flavour which I kind of appreciate seeing as how the cup of matcha is potent already

the coffee shot itself was very smooth and strong 🥵 pouring that into the creme brulee allows you to savour the coffee taste fully with the sweetness coming from the custard! if you are looking for a coffee dessert, you should go for this 🤭
