How Long Should You Walk Your Dog? 🐕

Dogs need adequate daily exercise for their health and wellbeing, but how long you should actually walk your dog a day depends on a several factors:

🏃‍♀️ You may need to adjust your walks based on your dog’s age, health, and the weather outside. Extreme temperatures, illness, and older dogs may need less walking time.

🏃‍♀️ If your dog spends a lot of time training on their feet or playing, you may choose to decrease your walking time for that day.

🏃‍♀️ While I like to take Busta on 2-3 long walks each day to hit a minimum of 10k steps, some dogs and owners prefer to break up their walks into shorter, more frequent walks. Whatever works best for you!
