👍 This blocking helps keep strengthen the walls and also helps keep the studs nice and straight from twisting or bowing.

👎One downside to this is pulling wire. An extra step on a new construction but much more difficult once sheet rock is on and you decide to add an outlet a few years from now.

It’s worth it to me but some disagree. What’s your preference?
