Breast milk supply products?!?

Hey everyone!

So I am currently 28 + 2 days pregnant! And I do plan on breastfeeding.

With that being said, although I don’t know yet how my supply is going to be. Is there anything I should get or be taking starting now or in the next couple weeks that will really help me get the best supply?

I’ve done lots of research however I feel like everyone feels differently about things.

Any help would be great!!!

I should mention this is my second child. When I had my son 5 years ago I did not have the greatest supply and eventually had to switch to formula!
