I FINALLY tried the Chateraise dessert buffet 🫧

For 90 minutes, indulge in as many servings of dessert as you like! The buffet price includes one drink of your choice, with options like coffee, matcha, houjicha, and a white peach smoothie.

(I went with matcha. I usually like my matcha on the sweeter side, but this one wasn’t to my taste—maybe to balance out the sweetness from the desserts.)

Bon Bon Macaron: 3/10 🥺

📝 It was too dry, and I didn’t love the texture. You might want to try just 1-2 pieces before going back for round two.

Fresh Milk, Egg, and Honey Cake 🍯: 8/10

📝 Solid choice! I loved it—super soft texture and just the right amount of sweetness ✨

IMO:

A lot of people take a lot at once, maybe to avoid waiting in line for a second round, but it leads to waste. Plus, the cakes can melt if you’re seated outside. Take what you need, and the staff can serve faster—this keeps the line moving and shortens the wait for everyone!
